MC2 - Masdar City Campus

P-U-B Construction is the main contractor for the MC2 Masdar City Campus project in Abu Dhabi. P-U-B is responsible for the construction of a sustainable office building complex spread over three plots, consisting of seven single and multi-tenanted office buildings and a car park. Six buildings will be built to the highest green building specifications, while the MC2 headquarters will be Abu Dhabi's first zero-energy office building.

The scope of P-U-B includes civil works for all eight buildings, finishing works for four buildings, all public areas, entrance lobbies, elevators, bathrooms, prayer rooms, changing rooms and bicycle storage area. The business also includes associated infrastructure and MEP works.
